Please include your street address for FedEx Ground delivery. We cannot ship to PO boxes.Please include a phone number - FedEx requires one for the shipping label.
If you'd like to order by phone and pay by credit card, we can do that too, but we'll have to call you back. Please leave a message and tell us when we can reach you.
